If 2023 was about growth and 2024 was about stepping back from the desk, 2025 was about solidifying my network of incredible, reliable collaborators. That’s the theme running through this year’s Decoded. Recognising the work of of people you can actually rely on.

There are projects for ActionFunder, Muller, Apobec Discovery and Cheshire and Wain among others.

Looking ahead, we find ourselves in another year, another milestone, and another theme that is yet to reveal itself. Reflecting properly on the past twelve months is still the best cure I know for the way busy years blur into one another.
